January is our annual “Chili Cook-Off” at Grace, and this years dishes did not disappoint. We had some amazing entries and even one of the spiciest pots of chili to ever enter the event. After some intrepid judging by the crowd, we are proud to award this year’s champion trophy to Tracy Husing with what might be the largest margin for a victory in our cook off history.
Our context meal was also blessed to have one of our small groups serenade the voters with some of our church’s cherished hymns. Special thanks to all our volunteers who set up, served, and cleaned up the building after the meal, and especially to all those who participated in preparing another successful and memorable chili cook-off!
