Sometimes the calendar pays no attention to the weather, and even though we scheduled a work day, the sky still decided to rain. Nevertheless we have some intrepid servants at Grace and with the help of old and young alike we split into two groups to run chainsaws and split and stack firewood in the a downpour. Great job to everyone who helped to serve a couple of families in our community with a morning of hard work – at least we didn’t overheat! Lois, thank you so much for the soup!
