There’s a saying that has been traveling through our church throughout the month of October: “If everyone does a little, together we can do a lot!”
This is most evident when it comes to service projects.
This past Saturday after the men’s prayer breakfast about a dozen volunteers made their way over to one of our member’s homes to help get the winter’s firewood cut and split before the freeze begins.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when in the course of less than 2 hours we had what would normally take a full season – cut, split, and stacked!
Thank you to our Helping Hands team for making light and quick work of a fun project!
