This Sunday was perhaps the absolute best bake sale we’ve ever had, and I don’t mean in terms of funds raised, but rather in the fun participation and jostling of a church family excited to bake for one another and out bid one another to support out children’s ministry.
Again and again we had individuals both out bid other, and then turn right around and offer to their competition the new purchased item free of charge. And twice we had a bidding war that reached $100! (In all honestly they were for CJ’s cheesecakes! so… yeah).
Thank you to everyone who participated and brought in their labors of love in form of cupcakes and cookies, and for our whole church family for joining together to support our children’s ministry.
