It really ought to happen more often than it normally does in most churches, but this past weekend we were called together by our Maintenance Department Leader, Marvin, to meet at our newest members new house, Lois, for some cooperative construction, fellowship and food.
It was such a blessing to swing hammers and join forces in this quaint old house that is quickly taking on the character of love and togetherness through the combined service of our church family.
We are so thankful to all those who came out on their Saturday and gave of their time and talents to both raise walls and bring treats, that together we made sure everyone’s needs were met in love and unity.
