Our “Grace Kids” took the lead on providing the church with its first ever Spaghetti Dinner. This was not a fundraiser, it was a service project put together by our children’s church volunteers to serve the congregation with a very special Valentine’s Day dinner.
The kids each had their role from preparing salads and washing dishes, to serving tables and greeting and seating. It was both adorable and charming to sit and have our little ones wait on us and serve us.
There’s no doubt among those who attended that it was a smashing hit and everyone who was kept home due to weather missed out on a fantastic event – one which will surely be repeated annually, so long as we have appetites for yummy food made by precious hands!
