The Fall Harvest Festival was a fantastic hit. We had a record number of children and families come and both attend and volunteer. There were games and prizes with everything from beanbag toss to a doughnut on a string. The kids had bowling, shooting, painting pumpkins, coloring, and crafts, and so much more.
Eventually, once enough games had been played and prizes won, we had our community prayer and dinner was served. Special thanks to everyone who contributed and helped serve from to the grilling to the desserts.
After dinner, the kids got their costumes finalized and lined up for “Trunk-or-Treat” where all the cars line up and the kids go from car to car collecting as much Halloween candy as possible.
It was such a fun night, and we want to thank everyone who helped make it a success.
